This is our Pink Jello recipe. It’s a sweet and creamy side dish fit for a nice cozy day. Perfect for a family BBQ or outside get together. We love to have ours with strawberries. Canned fruit cocktail is a good substitute if you prefer a faster, easier-to-make option.
It’s packed with calcium, vitamin B12, vitamin C, and a little bit of fiber. It’s nice and sugary and delicious but don’t overeat it.

- Strawberries 2 Lbs
- Cool whip 16 ounces
- Cottage cheese 16 ounces
- Raspberry jello mix 12 ounces

- Cut the strawberry into small pieces.
- Put all ingredients in a large bowl and fold in until well combined.
- Chill in the fridge for half an hour before eating.
