This is a super DELICIOUS herb-crusted fish. It’s a simple, healthy dinner for all your fishy needs. Made with fresh herbs, garlic, and a thin layer of panko breadcrumbs. With a great combo like this, it strikes you with great flavor even before the lemon juice is added. We felt like rice was an excellent side for this. Vegetables would also be perfect to pair with this dish.
Fish is a good source of protein, potassium, vitamin B complex, and healthy fats. You can showcase this recipe on a stay-at-home date or a special dinner for yourself or your family. We hope you love our herb-crusted fish as much as we do.

Herb-crusted fish was a popular Greek and Roman dish. They used herbs, oil, breadcrumbs, and some had mustard. It was either seared or baked; they treated it like a delicate fish. In medieval times, it was used for religious purposes when they were fasting. They used whatever fish was available; trout was very common for them.
