Tomato Basil Soup
Ingredients
Method
- Heat olive oil and cook onions until translucent, then add garlic and stir for about a minute or two.
- Pour in the tomatoes, then heat until boiling. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add basil, salt, pepper, and sugar, then use an immersion blender and blend until smooth.
- Add chicken stock then heat before simmering for another 10 mins.
- Add milk and heat until it simmers.
