This is our Avocado toast recipe. It’s very easy and fast to make and really delicious. A nutrient-dense food is great for breakfast! It’s a good source of fiber, healthy fats, potassium, and vitamin K.
Avocado toast started to trend around the 2010s as a great healthy way to start the day at home. Before that time period, people would order this food at cafes in Sydney, Australia. Cafรฉ Gitane in New York City was another place to get this during the 1990s, before it became popular to make it at home.

- Avocado 1 whole
- Bread 4 slices
- Eggs 4
- Bacon 4 slices
- Tajin
- Salt
- Pepper

- Cook the bacon until crispy, while the bacon cooks cut and smash the avocado.
- Toast the bread and fry your eggs until they are medium-cooked.
- Salt and pepper your eggs
- Spread your avocado on the toast and sprinkle on the Tajin, then put bacon on top, and finally add your egg last.
