This is our family’s Quiche recipe. It is so unique to our family, I’ve never seen another quiche like this one. This is a no-crust breakfast with a nice cheesy top. It gets nice and poofy in the oven. This also can fit easily inside any casserole dish, all you need is the right amount of bread and eggs to fit inside your pan and you’re all set.

- 24 slices of bread
- 22 Eggs
- 1 1/4 cup Milk
- 1-2 tablespoons of Mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups of Cheese

- Cut the crust off the bread and set it aside.
- Beat your eggs with milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spray a large casserole dish with cooking oil then place 1/2 of your bread in the dish.
- Pour about half of the egg mix and spread it evenly to coat all the bread in eggs. Then, sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add a second layer of the rest of the bread and egg mixture then layer with the rest of the cheese.
- Wrap top in aluminum foil and let it rest in the fridge overnight or for 7 hours.
- Bake in the oven at 350ยฐ for 30 mins with the foil on, then remove the foil and bake for another 30 mins.
ENJOY!
