This is my first recipe, it is inspired by my culinary school. Mac and Cheese has always been one of my favorite foods.

This will be a very delicious dinner and very easy to make. It’s a very creamy and cheesey dish you will crave. A simple recipe you can make this as often as you want.

  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons butter
  • 17 grams All-purpose flour/ 2 Tablespoons
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cups of pasta
  • 1 cup cheddar
  • 1/4 cup gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  1. Using medium heat to melt the butter completely, then whisk in flour cooking until just before it starts browning.
  2. Slowly add the milk whisking it together. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Continue with the same heat until the sauce starts to simmer, then slowly add all the cheese. Stir the cheese until it melts and keep on low until the pasta is ready.
  4. While making the sauce, boil some salted water and cook pasta.
  5. Mix the cooked pasta and sauce together.

*It’s best to grate your own cheese to get the best melt and flavor.
