This is our homemade burger patty recipe. It’s an easy and delicious dinner that could be made for any occasion. You will enjoy a burger bursting with flavor. Burger patties have been made for a very long time. Since ancient Roman times, they had made minced ground beef cooked in fat then finished cooking in grape juice, which they called Apicius. Later on in the 18th century, people from Germany ate a hamburg steak. It’s a burger patty served with a side of vegetables. The modern-day burger was mostly made popular by McDonald’s starting in 1940. They make almost 6.5 million burgers daily. It’s one of the most successful businesses in the world.
- Ground beef 2 Lbs
- Salt 2 Tsp
- Pepper 2 Tsp
- Garlic powder 1 Tbsp
- Onion powder 1 Tbsp
- Paprika 1 1/2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp

- Put all seasonings in a small bowl and stir them all together.
- In a large bowl, break up all the meat then add half of the seasonings, then mix it together.
- Add the remaining seasoning and mix it in a little more.
- Pour in Worcestershire sauce and mix until just combined.
- Make 8 quarter-pound patties in a bun-sized cookie cutter.
- Cook for about 3 mins on medium heat on each side.
- Add and melt cheese and other toppings if needed.
