This is how we make my personal salad. It’s an easy leafy green style and it is fast to make. Our salad is packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals and with a crunch you can’t resist. If there are other things you love to have with your salad you can always add any other ingredients. Some other ingredient ideas you can add are ham, chicken, olives, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, spinach, mushrooms, hard boiled eggs, corn, crispy onions, blu cheese crumbs, or any other things you can think of. You can also use any dressing you like. I hope you can enjoy our personal salad recipe.

- About 4 1/2 ounces Romaine lettuce
- 1 ounce/small handful Shredded cheese
- Ranch or Italian dressing
- 2 ounces shredded carrots
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon bacon bits
- 1/2 ounce Croutons

- Start with your lettuce in a salad bowl then add your carrots and bacon.
- Next sprinkle on the cheese and all of your seeds (Mix well.)
- Then add your dressing and croutons.
